I notice people first, the phone agents, the front desk team, the overworked operators. I see them, not to see what their missing - to notice how I can help fill the gaps.

I have watched incredible people & businesses be overlooked because their value, character, or labor is un-named, not clear, and not shared reliably to those who benefit the most; the ones using the product, or service, or gift.

Almost all businesses I encounter already have a strong identity. My goal has never been to change the weight-bearing frameworks that already exist. I identify gaps because I believe everyone I meet & everyone I work with deserves to be poured into. I see a need & I find the exact ways and the exact tools needed to fill it.

I build things. It’s the through-line of my life — a home, a career, a household, relationships, community, my faith, and the kind of noticing you can’t really teach.

Somewhere along the way I realized the thing I was doing inside one company, I’d been quietly doing for everyone around me: finding the gap between what a business says, what it sells, and how it actually runs — and closing it. I work in those seams. I find what’s stalling growth, name it plainly, and build the systems that fix it.

I’ve spent years as a director driving business development, managing operations, and aligning teams that didn’t naturally align — the unglamorous, behind-the-scenes work that determines whether a business actually grows or just stays busy. Grace & Co. is where I do that work for owners directly.
